Change Admin User Account Password

Issue:

What if you forget the password for the user account "Admin"?

Resolution:

1. Log into Evosus with any user account that has admin privileges

• The security permission needed for an admin user to be able to reset the Admin User Password is located in Administration > System > Security - Group Level Permissions > Admin-Security

2. Select File > Select Reset Admin Password > Enter new password

3. Enter new password again to verify

4. Click OK to save
