The error message in the screenshot below means Evosus Mobile Services timed out while loading.
Resolution:
Usually, this means your internet connection is poor.
When Evosus Mobile Services is loaded, it pulls down some code from the internet. Usually, this code is cached, but if you have a poor internet connection and this is either the first time the application is loading, or the cache has expired, you might get this error message.
- The fix is either try to get a better internet connection or connect to WiFi.
