Use this report to generate a list of customers with a credit card on file that has not been converted to a token using the Migrate Legacy Cards On File to OpenEdge Tokens utility. This report does not apply to customers with credit cards that have been tokenized by OpenEdge.
OpenEdge
If you are using OpenEdge, the credit cards on file that appear on this report do not appear on the customer account (Customers > Open a customer > Preview tab > Card on File button). For example, if you click on the customer link in the report to open the customer account, the credit card on file will not appear on that account. That is because only tokenized credit cards on file appear on the Card on File screen when using OpenEdge. To remove a card on file that appears on this report but does not appear on the Card on File screen, use the Secure Card Data/Encryption Key Maintenance utility (Administration > Evosus Card Services > General Setup > Secure Card Data/Encryption Key Maintenance).

Open Contract Customers: Check this box to include customer's associated with an open maintenance contract.
