Performing an Equipment Transfer:
When you have inactive or active customers and you need to move equipment associated with that account to another account- follow these steps.

Search for Customer

Select Customer by Highlighting the customer's name

Double Click on the Customer. Or Right Click and Select Open

Select Equipment from the Profile Column on the left side

Click Option
-
Select Copy from Another Customer
-
Search for Customer
-
Select the Customer you want to transfer equipment from

Select the Equipment you want to transfer by clicking in the Box next to the equipment
- When you click on Preview you can see the equipment in the Customer Preview Window
