      Error 339: Component mscomctl.ocx

      Issue:

      You receive the error message 339: Component 'mscomctl.ocx' or some of its dependencies not correctly registered, 

      A file is missing or invalid. 

      Resolution:

      To fix this issue, install these two Microsoft patches included in the Evosus Retail folder.

      1. C:\Program Files(x86)\Evosus\Evosus Retail\Support Files\vbrun60sp5.exe

      2. C:\Program Files(x86)\Evosus\Evosus Retail\Support Files\VisualBasic6-KB896559-v1-ENU.exe

      3. Reboot the workstation.
