Issue:
More than one email account is set up in Outlook. You can use MS Outlook to send emails, but when you attempt to send an email from inside Evosus you receive the following error message:
"Error: 429 frmMailboxUpdate:cmdFindSMTP_Click:EvosusRetail ActiveX component can't create object"
Resolution:
When Outlook has been configured with more than one email account, there is a pop-up when you send an email asking you which one you want to send from. The Evosus software cannot work with multiple accounts.

To resolve, Outlook must be uninstalled and reinstalled with just one mail account.
