How to Merge Duplicate Customer Accounts in Evosus Legacy

There may be times when you need to merge two customer accounts together. This can be helpful if additional customer accounts were created erroneously or if two customers get married (oh happy day!). Follow the instructions below to merge two accounts together. If you have any questions please create a support case on support.evosus.com.
  1. Go to the Customers Tab
  2. Search for one of the two Customers you wish to merge. 
  3. Right-click on their name, move your mouse down to "Other Functions" and then highlight "Merge Customer". 
  4. Choose if you want to "Merge This Customer into Another Customer" or Merge Another Customer into This Customer".
    • Any cards on file for the account that is being merged into another will not transfer.
  5. Click Merge.
