How to Restart Evosus Windows Services (Evosus Daemon, Evosus Browser, Evosus Master, etc.)

If the Evosus Windows services are not running, you must restart them:
  1. Log in to the terminal server or host machine with the Windows administrator account that runs the Evosus Services.
    • The name of the computer running the Evosus Services can be found by going to Administration>System>Evosus Defaults>System Parameters>Evosus Service Host.  This is the server running your Evosus Services and the one you should be logged in to.
  2. Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. You can also just search for 'Services'. (outside of Evosus)
  3. The Services screen appears. See the example screenshot below.
  4. Right-click on the following Services:
    • Evosus Daemon.
    • Evosus Master
    • Evosus Browser
If Evosus Services do not appear in the list, make sure you are logged into the correct server.
  1. Select Stop and wait about 10 seconds, then right-click and select Start.
  2. Once Evosus Daemon, Evosus Master, Evosus Browser is running, Log into Evosus and Check the batch jobs to see if they are running. Focus on the jobs that are running each minute to see if they are currently running as expected.
    • To access the Evosus Batch Jobs screen go to Administration > System > Database > Evosus Batch Jobs.
