Index - Undefined

Issue:

Evosus Mobile displays index - Undefined when Syncing. Not all or no tasks come to the phone.


Resolution:

Check your Site Profile & Service Repair Prompts, It's likely that there is a profile that exists but no prompts or attributes exist within that profile. 


Check the Following Locations:

  1.  Administration > Mobile > General Setup > Mobile Service > Delivery Prompts

  2. Administration > Mobile > General Setup > Site Profile Setup




In BOTH locations open each active profile and verify the following:

  • Mobile Service/Delivery Prompts actually have prompts existing in the field.

  • Site Profile has Active Attributes & Per Visit Attributes
