Item Price List Report
The Item Price List Report creates a price and availability list for the selected items (Administration > Reports > Inventory > Items > Item Price List).
Item Class
- Enter Item Class to filter. Class is determined by the number of items sold within a given time frame. Filtering by class allows you to filter out slow-moving items or items that haven’t been sold in many months (D or F class items). Filtering on Item Class will generally reduce the number of items displayed in the report.
Display Options

Include Current Cost and Pricing Option: When checked, the report will Indicate whether an item is priced by Fixed vs. Margin pricing. If an item is priced by margin, then the percentage will appear.

Only Display Items that are Available: When checked, the report will display only display items with a current Available quantity (On Hand – Reserved).
