The Top Ten section of Reports keeps track of the ten most frequented reports accessed by the person logged in (Administration > Reports > My Top Ten). This list will be different for every user depending on which reports they access most frequently. Evosus will refresh this list every time you log in. This is an easy way to access your most popular reports. Simply double click the report you would like to run.
