Use the Overall Performance Report to get the big picture of what is happening with your business in a given time frame (Administration > Reports > Executive Summary > Overall Performance). The report includes a breakdown of the following categories: customers, quotes, sales orders, service orders, POS - sales, POS - returns, and jobs.
