Received Item on PO at Wrong Cost - Cannot Delete

Issue: You received an Item on a PO at the wrong cost, and cannot delete that Item.

Resolution:

1. When you receive the vendor's invoice, update the cost on the invoice to to be correct.

2. Saved the invoice.

3. Stock adjust the inventory out.

4. Correct the cost.

5. Stock adjust correct quantity back in.
