Service History Report

Use the Service History Report to view work performed on a specific serial number, or a range of serial numbers using a wildcard search (Administration > Reports > Service and Delivery > Service History).

Let's say you're looking for a serial number, but you only know that it ends with 150. A wildcard search returns all of the serial numbers that end in 150 so you can find the right one.

To do a wildcard search, just input an asterisk (*) for the portion of the serial number that you don't know and then run the search. For example, if you know that the serial number starts with a 45, input 45* and the search results will include all of the serial numbers that start with 45.
