      Set Up Carecraft Integration

      Use the Carecraft Integration Setup screen to set up and test a Carecraft integration.
      The Carecraft integration includes the following features:

      • Mass import of new inventory items - When importing new inventory items, this integration includes a Use the Suggested Retail option. This means you can set the retail price using a default retail margin, or the suggested retail price.

      • Mass update cost on existing inventory items

      • Electronically submit POs from Evosus to Carecraft

      • Electronically receive accounts payable invoices


      Set up a Carecraft integration

      1. Open the Carecraft Integration Setup screen (Administration > Industry Integrations > General Setup > Carecraft).

      1. Enable Carecraft Integration - Check this box to enable the fields on the screen.

      2. API Key, Member Key - Contact Carecraft for this information.

      3. Matching Evosus Vendor For Carecraft - Select the vendor you select when entering AP invoices.

      4. Map your Carecraft suppliers to vendors in the application.

      • Mapping vendors allow you to easily filter Inventory Reports by mapped Carecraft vendors. The Vendors filter menu of inventory reports will have a button Select Carecraft Vendors that will auto-check your mapped Carecraft vendors.

      1. Select the default vendor when importing AP Invoices.

      • Matching Evosus Vendor For Carecraft - Evosus will select Carecraft as the vendor on the AP Invoice. This assumes you are paying Carecraft.

      • Assign to your individual mapped vendor - Evosus will select the Carecraft supplier as the vendor on your AP Invoice. This assumes you are paying the vendor directly even though you ordered through Carecraft.

      1. Click Test Communication with Carecraft to verify the customer key is correct.

      2. Click OK when complete.

      • Don't forget to set up security permissions on the integration.

      1. Now that the set up is complete, you can use the integration to perform the following actions:

      • Mass import of new inventory items

      • Mass update cost on existing inventory items

      • Electronically submit POs from Evosus to Carecraft
