Issue:
I have set up a new employee with the Evosus Mobile App but for some reason when I sync data, everything goes okay, no error messages, but the jobs in the employees' schedule do not appear on the screen.
Resolution:
This is a very common issue for tech schedules not showing up on mobile devices.
Each Employee should also be set up as a Tech in Evosus. Pairing Employee name to Tech name is what's going to help Mobile recognize what service visits it needs to populate. Please make sure you have the tech associated to their own employee profile by going to Administration > Service And Delivery > General Setup > Techs > Double click to open Tech Profile > Make sure Name and Associated Employee(s) match by checking the box next to that same name. For example, if my Name field says John Smith, the box next to John Smith should be checked under Associated Employee(s) to pair those together.
