Time Summary Report

Use this report to see the time spent on each service task (Administration > Reports > Service and Delivery > Time Summary). You can generate this report by service type or employee:

• Employee: Displays a total number of hours by tech, and the number of hours the tech spent on each service category and service type.

• Service Type: Displays a total number of hours by category, and the number of hours spent on each service type in the category.
