Details:
Use the My Leads button on the Employee tab of the main menu to see a list of your active leads (Employee > My Leads). An active lead is any new customer that you have entered or those that have been switched over to your responsibility.

You can switch the time frame from Last 30 Days to the Last 3 Years, and with permissions you can view other employee leads.

From this screen you can quickly view or add customer notes.

By clicking Change Responsible Employee you can view/change the lead profile, Original Details, Interest Level, Customer Requests, and you can reassign the lead to another employee.

This screen also provides the Customer Interest ID # and the date, time, and who created the lead.
